How do you organize finances?
I work with you to define your record keeping needs and then execute those items in your accounting system on a regular rotation. In addition, I utilize the google workspace for organization of documents and dropbox for secure document sharing.

How do I get started?
Can you help with tax preparation?
While I don’t prepare taxes, I provide clean, organized records your accountant will appreciate. I will work directly with your chosen CPA to determine specifics such as depreciation schedules and filings for industry specific taxes.
What accounting systems do you use?
I primarily work with Quickbooks online, yet I also have experience with Quickbooks Desktop and other cloud based accounting systems. Experience includes both cash and accrual basis accounting.
What do you charge?
Do you process payroll or payments?
Yes, I can set-up and submit payroll through 3rd party applications and make all necessary book entries. I can also assist in processing on-time payments to Vendors if needed.
Are you bonded?
Yes, I am a bonded bookkeeper, meaning you, the client are protected from any financial fraud on my behalf.
